CASA Designs will accept return or exchange of items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a refund or exchange, mail out your item within 10 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 10 days from receiving. Items must be returned with all Casa tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.

Most items will ship out within 2-5 business days of ordering (weekends and holidays not included). You will be informed one day earlier before the order arrives. If you don’t want your order delivered you could pick it up from our inventory in 6th of October (contact us for location details.) If you would like to cancel your order, simply send us your request through email, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
