How long does it take for the order to be processed & delivered?

- Online orders take from 2 to 5 working days to be delivered inside Egypt.

- You will receive a confirmation email once the order is completed and ready for delivery or pick up.

- Please note that every order placed at Casa Designs is handmade and prepared as per the customer’s request, ensuring the finest quality at every stage of the production process.

- We also offer a Pick Up service for orders placed inside Cairo, which allows you to pick up your order from our inventory in Royal Hills Compound, 6th of October.

After filling the shipping information at checkout, the delivery options will appear the order summery box. If you choose the pick-up service, kindly present a copy of the order confirmation email to the salesman in the store in order to receive your order.

How much does it cost to ship my order inside Egypt?

- Our local shipping fees are vary from 60 to 130 EGP inside Cairo, and 200 EGP for other governorates in Egypt.

Can I exchange/return an Item I bought through your website?

- CASA Designs will accept return or exchange of items that are in new condition, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.

- For a refund or exchange, mail out your item within 10 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 10 days from receiving.

- Items must be returned with all Casa tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.


What if I want to refund an order that was paid online through the website?

- Refund will be transferred back to your billing account within 15 days.
