How do I receive my online order?

- We offer local & international shipping through a 3rd party courier service.

- We also offer a Pick Up service for orders placed inside Cairo, which allows you to pick up your order from our inventory in Royal Hills Compound, 6th of October.

Do I need to pay any deposits for my order?

- No deposits are needed unless the order exceeds 10,000 EGP or the order is customized; In this case our team will reach out to you to arrange all the payments with you.


How can I pick up my online order?
- This service is only valid for orders placed inside Cairo

After filling the shipping information at checkout, the delivery options will appear the order summery box. If you choose the pick-up service, kindly present a copy of the order confirmation email to the salesman in the store in order to receive your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

- We offer international shipping for orders made through

- International shipping rates vary according to the shipping zones.

- Actual costs for shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information on the website.





Can I exchange/return an Item I bought through your website?

- CASA Designs will accept return or exchange of items that are in new condition, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.

- For a refund or exchange, mail out your item within 7 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days from receiving.

- Items must be returned with all Casa tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.

(Return policy doesn't apply on custom made orders or furniture orders with prepaid deposits)


What if I want to refund an order that was paid online through the website?

- Refund will be transferred back to your billing account within 15 days.
